Your First Class, Step by Step

  1. Reserve your spot
Book your free first class online in a couple of minutes — choose a time that fits your week.
  2. Arrive a little early
Come 10–15 minutes before class to settle in, meet your teacher and borrow any props you need.
  3. Practice at your own pace
Move and breathe at whatever pace feels right today — there is no pose to perform, only to explore.
  4. Rest before you go
Every class ends with a few quiet minutes to rest, so you leave slower than you arrived.

Why We Teach This Way

Zai Yoga teaches vinyasa, yin, restorative and breathwork in a warm, light-filled studio. We keep classes small, unhurried and open to every body, so practice feels like rest instead of another thing to perform.

Questions Before You Book

Do I need yoga experience to join a class?

No. Each class is taught to the people in the room that day, and our teachers offer options for every body and every level.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just yourself and comfortable clothes you can move in. We keep mats, blocks, straps and blankets on site for anyone who needs them.

How does the free first class work?

New students can book one class at no charge through the online booking form. After that, you can choose a drop-in class or a membership that suits how often you practice.

What happens if a class is full?

Booking online shows you the seats left in real time. If a class is full, you can choose another time or ask to be added to the waitlist.
